AA Tents & Garages ships many different products. Some range from small packages weighting very little to large freight orders requiring semi trucks. Our team works around the clock to ship your product(s) within 48 hours, accurately and cost effectively. We make sure your products arrive damage free at your location. Please review more information below.
We highly recommend you order at least 2 weeks before you expected event date. If you need your product to be delivered on a certain day we recommend that you come and pick your product up from our center. That is the only way we can granted you it will be there on time.
We ask before submitting order that your "Ship To" address listed is correct. If mistake is made customer is responsible for re-delivery or storage fees.
Large Packages will be sent by ground freight.
In some cases you may need forklift to unload delivery. Some of our products are very large that we send by freight (Heavy Materials, Large Poles)
If delivery requires lift-gate addition fees will apply. To get accurate shipping information we recommended you speak to one of our representatives to assist you and find out if you will need this service.
Signature is required on receipt for all freight deliveries
There is no charge for customer who pickups order.
Since AA Tents & Garages doesn't no operate shipping trucks, we have no control over the freight company's driving skills or exact delivery times.

After Order Ships
Once order ships you will receive an email from AA Tents & Garages that will contain the carriers information and tracking number. With tracking you must track it through the freight carriers websites. The email that is sent contains all the information and links you will need.
Information about receiving shipment
All shipments are given to freight carriers damage-free, properly package and signed for by the carrier. AA Tents & Garages responsibly for the product ends once truck leaves facility. The carrier now assumes responsibility. If damage does occur please not on delivery receipt before signing.
AA Tents & Garages will assist customers as much as possible when filling in freight claims for shipments if the following conditions are met:
- Customer inspects the entire shipment before signing delivery receipt. The packing slip located on top of shipment will list the quantity of boxes or bundles you should receive in your order. Make sure to verify the packing slip to the shipment to confirm you received the correct number of packages or bundles.
- Customer must note all damage or shortages found on delivery receipt
- Customer must notify AA Tents & Garages ASAP of the shipments delivery of any damages or shortages.
- Customer emails photographs to AA Tents & Garages representatives.
Failure to do any of the bullets listed above will result in waiver of claim. Customer will be held completely responsible to cover any charges with replacing damaged or missing products. Enclosed or on top of shipment you will find a packing lists. Please unpack shipment ASAP and check your order to insure you received everything.
